Since 1996, Compass Group’s commitment to community investment has been formally recognized as “Compass In The Community" (CITC). 

Compass Group encourages associates to get involved in the communities in which we operate. This global program aims to supports community-based efforts, and recognize the successes. Each year, a panel of Compass Group judges reviews the community projects and rewards the associates with a monetary donation to the organization of their choice.
