Why Diversity and Inclusion is important at Compass Group

Over two years ago, Compass Group adopted the Management and Performance (MAP) framework, which focuses on key areas to optimize performance:
(1)  Client sales and marketing costs
(2)  Consumer sales and marketing costs
(3)  Food costs
(4)  Unit costs
(5)  Above unit costs

Our great people are a key component to the execution of our MAP strategy, we developed the People MAP, which supports all 5 MAP areas.  The People MAP strategy creates a framework that helps us focus on 5 key areas:
(1)  Attract
(2)  Retain
(3)  Develop
(4)  Engage
(5)  Perform

In order to mirror the new People MAP strategy, our Diversity Strategy now engages and elevates our associates as it relates to diversity and inclusion.
