In addition, Compass Group provides catering to special events such as the US Open, Ryder Cup and the Academy Awards. Compass Group was the official catering services supplier for the 2002 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City.

The company has fiscal year 2009 annual revenues of $9.2 billion and employs associates throughout the United States, Mexico and Canada.
