Our Diversity and Inclusion Strategy

The increasing diversity of our clients and customers represents a huge opportunity for innovation within the foodservice industry.  Equally, Compass Group understands that it is important to be as diverse as the clients and customers we serve.  Our diversity strategy has been developed to attract, retain, and develop a workforce filled with associates from a variety of backgrounds and enable them to reach their full potential.  Also, we engage our associates in order to ensure a more positive and inclusive work environment while monitoring our performance in order to leverage diversity and inclusion and improve our bottom line.  We believe diversity education and communication, associate resource groups, Diversity Action Councils and several other diversity related programs and initiatives provide our associates with the tools they need to succeed and in turn help us reach our goal of becoming a world-class provider of contract food and support services.
