The Diversity Department has partnered with Resource Network, our recruiting organization, to implement a Talent Acquisition Strategy that develops relationships and partnerships with Historically Black colleges and universities, Hispanic serving institutions, as well as industry and minority professional organizations to build a pipeline of diverse talent for Compass Group. Our goal is to provide our managers with a diverse candidate pool so that they may hire the best and most qualified talent.
