CHARLOTTE, NC (October 18, 2007) – Compass Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa McEuen to the newly created position of Senior Vice President, Business Excellence.
In this new role, McEuen will be responsible for identifying and implementing operational best practice across all Compass Group sectors. McEuen will report to Tom Ondrof, CFO and joins the North American Officer Executive team. She will take up her new position in January 2008.

McEuen has twenty-five years of foodservice management experience. Prior to joining Bon Appétit Management Company, McEuen held a number of senior operational and marketing roles with Epoch Foodservice and Vending, Gardner Merchant, and Aramark. She joined Bon Appétit in 1996 as district manager for Cisco Systems and was most recently Regional Vice President of Operations.
She holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University, and is a graduate of the Program for Leadership Development at the Harvard School of Business.
